循环经济发展评价体系的制定不仅是量化循环经济发展的基础性工作,也是循环经济发展理论研究的基本内容,是评判循环经济发展的重要依据.借鉴可持续发展的评价理论和方法,建立了循环经济评价的指标体系,设计了循环经济综合评价模型.
