摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在先天性冠状动脉变异诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析581例多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(MSCTA)资料,确定各种先天性冠状动脉变异。对图像行容积再现(VR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重组(MPR)处理。结果581例MSCTA中检出冠状动脉变异86例,其中,冠状动脉主干及分支开口起源异常16例,单支冠状动脉1例,回旋支阙如1例,壁冠状动脉(心肌桥)68例。结论MSCTA冠状动脉成像二维与三维图像相结合是诊断先天性冠状动脉变异的一种安全、无创、准确、重要的检查方法。
Objective To explore the clinical utility of multi - slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies. Methods MSCTA of the coronary artery was performed in 581 patients with clinically suspected coronary artery diseases to find the coronary artery anomalies. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional reformation were performed in all cases by means of curved multiplannar reformation (CPR), volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), muhiplanar reformation (MPR) respectively. Results coronary artery anomalies were found in 86 cases which comprised 16 anomalous main coronary artery and branch origin, 1 single coronary artery , 1 the absence of the left circumflex artery (LCX)and 68 parietal coronary artery(myocardial bridge). Conclusion Two-dimensional and three-dimensional MSCTA is an safe, noninvasive and accurate method in diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies.
