炸伤及创伤下肢残肢的假肢装配及功能康复训练 被引量:2

摘要 目的报告下肢残肢装配假肢的临床应用,探讨火器伤与创伤性下肢残肢装配假肢后的功能康复。方法2000-01~2005-12对640例下肢残肢装配了假肢,据患者需求装配国产经济型230例、进口功能型410例,以膑韧带支点者323例、全腔支点者233例、残端支点者50例、骨突支点者34例。采用平地、徒坡、台阶、骑车和复杂地形等措施进行功能锻炼。结果全组640例下肢残肢装配假肢后经过系列康复锻炼均恢复了站立、行走功能,步态近似正常。最大限度地获得功能康复,取得较好效果。结论装配假肢是下肢残肢恢复功能的最有效途径。 Objective To report the clinical application of artificial limb installed at lower deformity limb from exploded and trauma injuries limb, and to investigate the followed function recovery training. Method From January, 2000 to December, 2005, there were 640 cases with deformity legs assembled artificial llmb. According to patient's need, there were 230 patients assembled domestic and economic type of artificial llmb, importing function type 410. There were 323 cases with the patellar ligament fulcrum, 233 cases with the whole chamber fulcrum, 50 cases stump fulcrum,the apophysial fulcrum in 34 cases. With the help of fiat ground, steep slope, steps and riding training soon these patients took a series of function recovery exercises. Result The whole 640 cases can stand and walk after assembled the artificial limb through series training. The gaits look like normally. All the cases obtained better effects. Conclusion Assembling the artificial limb is the most valid path for deformity limb to recover its function.
