摘要 本文介绍了计算机辅助导弹模装设计系统。该软件系统采用基本体素拼合,利用三个坐标系统和二种定位方式完成部件造型和定位。设计人员只需进行模型的数据文件的采集,计算机会自动完成三维实体造型与装配,并可进行干涉检查、质量特性计算、切割剖面检查、图形变换等。该软件系统是一个通用的、可实现参数化设计的模装软件,解决了产品设计阶段的结构和布局安排。 A computer aided system for missile's models assembly design has been introduced. In the software system, parts' modeling is realized by putting many basic geomety elements together, their locations are positioned by using three coordinates systems and two orientation methods. The computer can finish 3D solid modeling and assembly of the missile automatically. Many functions can be available, such as interference checking, mass properties calculating, cutting operating and transformation, etc.. What designers only need to do is gathering data files of the missile's models. The system is a general parametric assembly software, which can be applied in products' structure coordination and their arrangement in their design phases.
