摘要
提出了一种适合锌湿法冶金高钻锌渣浸出的工艺流程:酸料比为0.3,液固比为4,浸出温度70~80℃,浸出时间1~2h,终点pH为4。通过此工艺可以从高品位的高钴锌渣中提取钴和锌,钴、锌的最大浸出率分别可达97.7%和89.7%,能实现较好的综合经济效益,有利于环境保护。
A hydrometallurgical process is developed for the recovery of cobalt from a zinc plant residue. The residue contains a great quantity of valuable cobalt and zinc. In the experimental work, the process was carried out : ratio of sulfuric acid to cobalt-rich zinc residue 0. 3, liquid to residue ratio 4, leaching temperature 70 -80 ℃, leaching time 1 - 2 h, pH = 4 . The maximum leaching efficiency of Co and Zn are 97.7% and 89.7%, realizing better econimic and environmental benifit.
