长期高血压病人脑电地形图的改变

摘要 本文报告了15例病人脑电地形图,14例显示异常。主要表现为较广泛的大脑区域δ和θ频带平均功率谱明显增高,相应的α频带平均功率谱减低。与常规脑电和头部CT扫描比较,异常的阳性率较高。 Brain electrical activity mappings of 15 patients with long-term hypertension (HT) were detected with colour instrument of BEAM, and compared with those of 40 normal persons. The results showed that BEAMs of 14 patients with HT were abnormal, with significantly higher average power spectra in bands δ and θ over more regions of the brain, and that there were higher average power spectra in band α over more regions of the brain of normal persons but not in band δ and θ. Compared with routine EEG and brain CT scan findings, abnormal findings of BEAM of 15 patients with HT were more than those of EEG and CT. It indicated that BEAM is one of sensitive means to observe brain electrical activity of brain illness.
