摘要
随着全国高等教育的迅速发展,河南省高校规模持续扩大,教师队伍日益庞大,尤其是35岁以下的青年教师数量大大增加。由此,河南高校青年教师的问题凸现出来,青年教师承载着经济、教学、科研和心理四个方面的巨大压力。具体解决办法应从制度层面、物质层面和精神层面采取有效措施,以促进河南高等教育健康有序地发展。
With the fact that the whole nation higher education promptness develops,Henan province colleges and universities scale continues expanding . the teaching body is gradually ample , the youth teacher quantity under 35-year-old increases by especially greatly. The problem with that , the Henan colleges and universities youth teacher is bulged appearing.The youth teacher is bearing the weight of economy . teaching , scientific research and enormous mentality four aspect pressure. The matter resolving way concretely ought to take effective measures from system aspect , matter aspect and spirit aspect ,boost Henan higher education health developing orderedly .
