摘要
目的：分析儿童弱视训练失败的原因，探讨提高弱视训练效果的对策。方法：2003/2005年在我院初诊并进行治疗的79例137眼5-10岁的屈光性弱视患儿，戴镜后综合弱视治疗，采用集体性/家庭性训练方式，观察治疗6mo后视力变化情况。结果：治疗6mo后，有效率68%；不同性别患儿间疗效无显著性差异，但集体式训练效果明显优于家庭式训练（P〈0.01），双眼弱视患儿效果优于单眼弱视患儿（P〈0.01）。结论：在弱视治疗中应全力作好患儿的工作，取得患儿的配合。尤其是单眼弱视的患儿，防止其敷衍治疗。如果家庭训练一段时间无效，应该尽快转入集体性训练方式中。
AIM：To analyze the failure cause of therapy for children amblyopia and to find the strategy of improving the treatment effects.METHODS：Seventy-five children（137 eyes）with anisometropic amblyopia or refractive amblyopia underwent the cooperative integrated treatment in our hospital from 2002 to 2005.These children were divided into two groups in random to receive collective or home treatment.The visual acuities were observed at postoperative 6 months.RESULTS：The total effective rate was 68% at postoperative 6 months.There was no significant difference in effect between different genders（P〉0.05）.However,the effect in collective treatment was obviously better than that in home treatment（P〈0.01）,and the effect in children with double eyes of amblyopia was better than that in those with only simple eye of amblyopia.CONCLUSION：The amblyopia children should be shifted to obtain collective treatment as soon as possible if there is no efficacy after home treatment for a period of time,especially in those with simple eye of amblyopia.
