摘要
目的:观察卵磷脂络合碘及中药联合光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法:将151例(151眼)糖尿病黄斑水肿的患者随机分成3组。第1组仅做激光光凝45例(45眼);第2组(激光光凝加口服中药);第3组激光光凝加口服中药及口服卵磷脂络合碘片,观察治疗前后黄斑水肿吸收情况,吸收时间及视力视功能的改变。结果:视力提高幅度卵磷脂络合碘+中药+光凝组>中药+光凝组>光凝组;黄斑水肿吸收时间:卵磷脂络合碘+中药+光凝组<中药+光凝组<光凝组;黄斑水肿吸收有效率:中药+光凝组与卵磷脂络合碘+中药+光凝组无显著性差异,但均高于光凝组。结论:卵磷脂络合碘及中药联合光凝,治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿,不仅可促进水肿吸收、缩短水肿吸收时间、同时可以改善视力、视功能。
AIM：To evaluate the effect of laser photocoagulation combined with lecithin-bound iodine and herbal in the treatment of diabetic macular edma（DME）.METHODS：A total of 151 cases（151 eyes）with DME were randomly divided into three groups：group 1 underwent laser photocoagulation only（n=45）;group 2 underwent laser photocoagulation and oral herbal（n=53）;and group 3 underwent laser photocoagulation combined with lecithin-bound iodine and herbal（n=53）.Pre-and postoperative macular edma absorbability,absorbable period and visual acuity（VA）were observed.RESULTS：The improvement of VA was the most significant in group 3,followed by that in group 2,and then group 1.The macular edama absorption period was the shortest in group 3,followed by that in group 2,and then group 1.The efficiency of macular edma absor-bability was significantly higher in groups 2 and 3 than in group 1,but has no difference between groups 2 and 3.CONCLUSION：laser photocoagulation combined with lecithin-bound iodine and herbal can improve the absorption of macular edma,shorten the absorption period and improve VA,thus is an effective method in treating diabetic macular edma.
