摘要
形状记忆合金(SMA)是智能结构研究中重点开发的传感和驱动元件材料之一。然而SMA体材料响应速度较慢,在一定程度上限制了它的应用SMA薄膜弥补了这一缺陷,已更易于智能结构的集成化本文介绍了国内外关于SMA薄膜研究的现状。
Shape Memory Alloys (SMA) have a great potential for smart structures as actuators and sensors. However. the slow response speed of SMA bulk materials restricts their extensive applications. SMA thin films make up this disadvantages and are easier to be integrated into smart structures. In this paper, recent studies on SMA thin films are presented.and its future is also prospected.
