摘要
水情自动测报系统的畅通率是遥测通信网误码率和系统可靠性指标的混合体。受系统工作体制的影响,畅通率与遥测通信网误码率、遥测站平均无故障时间和平均维护时间之间的关系较为复杂,但在简化的系统工作体制(无条件定时自报方式)的条件下,通过简单的数学计算,仍可得到一些有意义的定量结果。在系统设计过程中,这些结果对于设计者评估上述各项指标的分配是否合理具有一定的帮助。
The normal operation rate of an automatic hydrological forecast system is a combination of BLER of transmission channels and system reliability. The relationship of the normal operation rate with BLER, MTBF and MTTR is complex. By simplification of the system operation mode (timed self-reporting mode), some valuable results can still be obtained through simple calculation, and such results are helpful for estimating the rationality of the distribution of system indexes.
