摘要
运用传输线原理,设计制作了一种新型两级高压脉冲电阻分压器。该分压器使用CuSO4溶液作为第1级的高压臂,外屏蔽罩采用指数曲线结构,高频时CuSO4溶液对集肤效应不敏感,传输性能好,分压比稳定,通过改变CuSO4溶液的浓度可以方便地调节分压比。结果表明,在第1级和第2级低压臂可以用引线电感或串接电感线圈同时进行误差补偿,可以满足高压快脉冲的测量需要。
A novel two-stage resistance divider to measure high-voltage pulse was developed on the basis of the theory of transmission line. The CuSO4 solution was used as the HV arm of first stage, and the outer shielding structure was exponential curve pattern. The CuSO4 solution was insensitive to skin effect at high frequency. So the divider achieved good transmission performance and stable divide ratio, and its divide ratio court be adjusted conveniently by changing the concentration of CuSO4 solution. The measurement error can be compensated by the lead inductance or serial inductance coils of the LV arnts of first and second stages to well satisfy the requirements for high-voltage measurement.
