摘要
从确定读者的主体地位入手,探析高校图书馆个性化服务"重点读者"的缘起,提出个性化服务"重点读者"的做法和途径,论述由静态服务变动态服务,单向的被动服务变双向交流的主动参与服务,是高校图书馆个性化服务"重点读者"模式的一种创新。实践证明高校图书馆坚持优先重点、兼顾一般、区别对待、协调发展的指导方针,是做好个性化服务"重点读者"工作的一种行之有效的方式。
From making sure the principal status of the readers, this paper studies the origin of individuation service for main readers in higher school library, and puts forward the methods and ways of individuation service for main readers, discusses that the transformations of static service to dynamic service, the unilateral and passive service to the double direction and initiative service are the innovation on the model of individuation service for main readers in the library of university. Facts proves that it is a valid way to stick to the principle of emphases priority, giving consideration to the general, discrimination, developing harmoniously.
