摘要
目的:研究胃疼宁片的微生物限度检查方法。方法:通过方法学验证确定胃疼宁片微生物限度检查方法。结果:胃疼宁的控制菌以直接接种法检出,细菌以培养基稀释法检出,霉菌、酵母菌以平皿法检出。结论:方法有效可行。
To study on method of Microorganism limit inspection of Weitengning Table Methods：The mdthod of Microorganism limit inspection of Weitengning Tablet was determined with methodology.Results：The antibacterial of Weitongning was detected out with the direct inoculation of Weitengning Tablet,bacterium was detected with the method of culture medium dilution,the mold and the Saccharomycetes was detected out with plate law.Conclusion：Method is effective and feasible.
