摘要
隧道壁后注浆质量的好坏直接关系到工程质量及安全,因此必须对其施工质量进行有效检测与评价。目前检测的技术手段多采用探地雷达法,而高密度电法对介质含水性及密实状况具有显著的效果,能否利用其方法进行壁后注浆质量检测没有相关文献资料,笔者结合软土基础盾构隧道结构进行不同模型设计,通过高密度电法正演模拟及数据反演,进一步说明其进行注浆质量检测的可能性。并就高密度电法实际探测存在的问题及应用进行了探讨分析,力求为隧道壁后注浆质量检测提供一种新的途径。
The quality and safety of the project are affected directly by the quality of grouting behind the segment. So prospecting and evaluation for the quality of grouting behind the segment must be done after construction work in the tunnel. At present, GPR method is often used for prospecting in tunnel. Because high density resistivity method has prominent effect in detecting water containing character and density of medium, no literature shows wheth- er high density resistivity method can be used to detect the quality of grouting behind the segment. Based on shield tunnel frame, different models with different construction characters are designed. Through modeling and data inversing the results show that the high density resistivity method has the possibility for use to test the quality of grouting behind the segment in shield tunnel. This paper discusses the problems in practical detection and application with high density resistivity method. The new approach is offered for the quality detection of grouting behind segment in shield tunnel.
