摘要
针对中国石油锦州石化公司污水处理厂的剩余污泥,采取动态半连续流中温与高温厌氧消化对比试验,进行污泥减量化及资源化的中试研究。通过对系统进行每天定量投配生活污泥,分别考察了不同污泥投配率、停留时间、污泥系统中pH值、VFA、碱度、NH4^+-N、固相及液相COD的参数的变化情况,及COD、VSS的降解情况。经消化历程实验发现,锦州石化公司剩余活性污泥有较好的消化性能,消化一个周期约为20~25d;消化系统的pH值保持在6.5~7.5之间。
Semi-continuous flow experiments of an aerobic digestion were conducted in middle temperature for excess sludge from wastewater treatment plant of Jinzhou petrochemical plant of China petrolium. Fluctuation conditions of pH, VFA, alkalinity, NH4^+ -N, COD of solid-liquid, and degradation mechanism of COD and VSS were all monitored in the process of quantified input raw sludge daily, and in different sludge dosage rate and sludge retention time, respectively. Through sludge anaerobic digestion mechanism experiment, it was concluded that the excess sludge of petrochemical plant of Jinzhou has better competence to be digested. The digestion period is 20 - 25 days in mesophilic temperature, and 10 - 12 days in high temperature.
