摘要
采用综合方法,研究和探索在社会转型的特殊历史时期,竞技体育思想政治工作所面临的新问题和新规律,从社会层面总结和分析我国改革开放和实行市场经济后当代运动员价值观的变化和特点,进一步明确和预测新时期竞技体育思想政治工作的新任务及其走向,主动适应社会主义市场经济体制和体育事业发展的需要.在开拓创新的基础上充分运用思想政治工作的优势,使运动员成为思想坚定、技术过硬的优秀群体,为开创我国体育事业新局面作出更大的贡献.
A comprehensive approach was used to study and explore new problems and laws in the ideological and political work facing outstanding sports teams in the social transformation of this special historical period. We summed up and analyzed contemporary athletes＇ features and changes in value from the social dimension of China＇s reform and opening up and the implementation of a market economy. We further clarified and forecast our ideological and political work and trend with outstanding sports teams in the new era, so as to actively adapt to the socialist market economic system and the need for the development of sports undertakings. On the basis of pioneering and innovative we should make full use of the ideological and political work to make the athletes ideologically firm, technically skillful, thus making greater contributions to a new situation in China＇s sports undertaking.
