摘要
随着社会主义市场经济和现代企业制度的逐步建立和完善,企业财务危机的产生及其危害越来越引起企业的重视,如何防范及处理财务危机成为一个日益突出而又迫切的问题。应分析财务危机的成因及早期信号,以掌握财务危机发生时应采取的对策及防范措施。
With the foundation of socialist market economic system and the perfection of modern enterprise system, the occurrence of enterprise financial crisis and its harm have attracted more and more enterprises＇ attention. How to avoid and deal with financial crisis has become an obvious and impendent problem. The article analyzes the reasons for financial crisis and the signals of it, and discusses the prevention measures to it when it occurs.
