摘要
多元智能理论以其丰富的教育内涵为高校创造性人才的培养提供了新的思路,多元智能理论给我们的启示是:创造性人才的智能结构是各种智能要素组合、密切联系的一个完整系统,其思维方式不是单一的。高等教育创造性人才培养要从完善大学生的思维结构和优化大学生的知识结构入手,改变传统的教学方式。
Multidirectional intelligence theory provides a new thought for the colleges＇ cultivation of innovative talents by its rich educational content. The enlightenment given to us is ： the intelligent structure of innovative talents is an integrated system with all the intellectual elements combining and connected with each other, and its thinking mode is not single. Colleges＇ cultivation of innovative talents should start with perfecting college students＇ thinking structure and optimizing their knowledge structure, and then change the traditional teaching approaches.
