摘要
髋臼骨折是一种高能量所致的累及关节面的严重而复杂的损伤，早期若未能及时、正确、妥善治疗，后期则部分患者会预后不良。文献报道，髋臼骨折后髋关节创伤性关节炎的发生率为12％-57％，股骨头缺血性坏死及髋臼侧发生缺血性坏死的发生率为2％～40％。我院自1994年10月-2004年10月行髋臼骨折内固定治疗失败后全髋关节置换（total hip replacement，THR）12例，取得良好疗效，现报告如下。
