摘要
土地承包经营权的继承问题无论从理论上还是实践中来说都是一个相对复杂的问题,它牵涉到土地制度问题的方方面面,是一个重要的值得研究的问题。本文立足于理论与实践的结合,从相关概念分析入手,对农村土地承包经营权可否继承、应否限制、多种继承主体及继承相关制度等重要问题作出了阐述和分析。
Theoretically or practically speaking, the inheritance of land contract management right is a reiauve complicated problem, involving many aspects of the land system problems： hence a problem of vital importance deserving our profound consideration. Based on the basis of the combination of theory and practice, this paper starts from the analysis of relational conceptions, and then elaborates and analyses the problems of whether land contract management right should be inherited or restricted, multiple inheritable main-bodies and related inheritance system.
