摘要
腐败不但是构建和谐社会的最大障碍,而且是影响党执政地位的最大隐患。在探索反腐败的措施方面,除了健全现有规章制度外,还应探索在制度外寻求反腐败的动力。抵制腐败,防止公权异化,最根本的动力来自社会的力量。
