摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会的主体是广大劳动群众,和谐的劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础和重要内容,要充分认识工会在构建和谐社会中的重要历史地位和作用。马斯洛的需要层次理论对构建和谐工会有着很强的现实指导意义。从和谐工会的内涵和需要层次理论内容谈起,由低到高地探讨了5个不同需求层次下和谐工会的构建重点和思路。
The principal part of establishing harmonious trade union is the numerous working people, and the harmonious relationship of labor is the foundation and important content of establishing harmonious socialist society, so it should completely cognize the significant historical status and function of trade union in the establishing of harmonious society. The Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs has an essential guiding significance to establish the harmonious trade union. Beginning from the connotation of harmonious trade union and the content of hierarchy of needs, the article discusses the emphases and ideas of establishing harmonious trade union under the five hierarchies of needs separately which from the lower to the higher.
