摘要
为了深入探讨山东省竞技体育舞蹈教师队伍的现状,从山东省竞技体育舞蹈教师的人数、等级、年龄结构、教学年限、文化程度、训练时间以及进修培训等多方面进行了分析与研究,探讨其优势与不足,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策与建议,以期为山东省竞技体育舞蹈教师队伍的完善与发展提供参考。
For an in - depth discussion on the status of sports dance teachers in Shandong provincce, this paper analyzed and researched on sports dance teacher＇s number, grade, age structure, teaching life, education, training time and refresher training. To identify their strengths and weaknesses, Against the existing problems and propose and suggestions,it provided the perfection and development of reference for sports dance teachers in Shandong province.
