摘要
目的:探讨去卵巢(OVX)成年SD大鼠在应激状态下血压(BP)、心率变异性(HRV)、压力反射敏感性(BRS)的改变及电针(EA)治疗后的影响。方法:动物分(1)假手术(sham)组;(2)OVX组;(3)OVX+EA组;每组再分为应激(stress)与非应激(without stress)组。stress组最后两周接受足底电击结合电蝉声的应激处理,应激完毕后股动脉插管,记录心率(HR)、BP,并进行HRV和BRS分析。结果:OVX组大鼠在接受应激刺激两周后BP明显升高,HR加快;HRV:总变异性(TV)降低;高频波段(HF)降低;低频成分(LF)、LF/HF升高;BRS降低。经电针"足三里"穴后上述指标明显改善。结论:应激致高血压的OVX大鼠经过电针"足三里"穴可通过改善自主神经功能和增加心血管系统对自主神经调节的敏感性而发挥降压作用。
Objective: To explore the change of blood pressure, heart rate variability and baroreflex sensitivity of the stress, induced hypertensive ovarieetomized SD ratsand the effects after treating by eleetroaeupuneture(EA). Methods: The rats wererandomly divided into three groups : ( 1 ) sham operated group ; ( 2 ) ovarieetomized ( OVX ) group ; ( 3 ) OVX + EA group ; every group was subdivided into stress group and without stress group. In fine two weeks ,every stress group dealed with foot shock and electric cicada noise. Then intubate the femoral artery.,reeorded the heart rate and the blood pressure, analysed the heart rate variability and the baroreflex sensitivity. Results: After stressed for two weeks,the blood press of the OVX group set up obviously, and the heart rate sped up ; heart rate variability :total variability(TV) degraded ; high frequency (HF) range cut down; low frequency (LF) transduetion and LF/HF stepped up; the baroreflex sensitivity stepped down by eleetroaeupuneturing "Foot Three Li" , above - mentioned index were improved obviously. Conclusions : After eleetroaeupuneturing " Foot Three Li" of the stress - induced hypertensive ovarieetomized SD rats, to produce a underpressure effect by improving autonomie nerve function and increasing eardiovascular system autonomic nerve eeommodative sensitivity
