摘要
对‘广益’扁穗牛鞭草不同部位小花花粉活力、形态、自花授粉花粉管在柱头上的萌发及自然结实率进行了观察。结果表明,‘广益’扁穗牛鞭草花粉粒形状大多为球形,少数为长球形,极面观和赤道面观大多为近圆形、圆形。花序不同部位小花花粉活力不同,顶部最高,中下部位低。已萌发的花粉管尖端分叉、盘绕在柱头表面、尖端膨大等异常现象对‘广益’扁穗牛鞭草自交亲和性有很大影响。其自然结实率仅为1.17%,该研究结果可为扁穗牛鞭草人工授粉和实行杂交育种等研究提供参考依据。
Pollen morphological and germination features, pollen viability in different floret position, and natural fruit set of Hemarthria compressa cv. Guangyj are reported in this paper. The pollen grains of Guangyi are mostly spherical, rarely spheroidal, mostly circular or subcircular in polar and equatorial view. Pollen viability from different floret positions of Guangyi differs: pollen from florets in the upper portion are more viable than those from the middle and lower part. Self-incompatibility of Guangyi is related to abnormal pollen tubes such as tip bursting, twisting on the surface of stigmas, and tip inflation, etc. The natural fruit set is very low (1.17%). The results offer a reference basis for artificial pollination and cross breeding of H. compressa.
