摘要
目前,缓解县级财政的普遍困境成为我国改革和发展所面临的严峻挑战和棘手难题之一。通过对实际情况进行分析的基础上,反映出我国县级财政存在的主要问题并结合新农村建设对县级财政的要求,探讨缓解县级财政压力和完善县级财政的路径与方法。
It is a common problem that the county finance is tough. So it is a pressing work to find out the way to improve the county finance. The main problems existing in our country finance and reached some solutions, making county finance support the new rural reconstruction well were demonstrated.
