摘要
作为无杆飞机牵引车的关键部件之一,夹持机构的设计是一个非常重要的工作,其设计好坏直接影响整机的工作性能。本文以国产某型牵引车作为研究对象,在Pro/Engineer软件环境下,对牵引车夹持机构进行三维实体建模、虚拟装配、动态模拟、干涉检查、运动仿真,实现了在Pro/Engineer软件环境下的虚拟样机设计,为进一步的优化设计、工程分析及制造奠定了基础。
The clamping/holding mechanism design is very important because the design result will affect tractor's performance. The paper takes a certain type tractor as research object to establish 3D solid model of the clamping/holding mechanism, and carry out virtual assembly, dynamic and kinematic simulations and interference check, based on Pro/Engineering software, completing the virtual prototype design under Pro/Engineering software environment. It provides a basis for carrying further optimal design, engineering analysis and manufacture.
