摘要
目的:探讨三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌的疗效与护理方法。方法:采用三维适形放疗系统治疗80例原发性肝癌患者,6mV射线使95%等剂量线包绕靶区,根据计划靶体积(PTV)的大小确定单次剂量及照射总剂量,同时给予精心护理。观察三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及患者3年内生存率。结果:80例患者全部完成治疗,完全缓解14例,部分缓解52例,无变化10例,进展4例,总有效率82.5%,患者1、2、3年生存率分别为71.25%、41.25%、27.50%。结论:三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌疗效好,患者生存质量提高。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of pri- mary liver cancer and methods of nursing care. Methods： Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy with 6mv energy x - accelerator was given to 80 patients with primary liver cancer. The single and total dosage were determined according to the size of PTV and proper nursing care was applied. The curative effect and survival rate of 3 years of patients were observed. Results： All 80 patients completed radiotherapy. Complete response was found in 14 patients; partial response in 52 patients; no response in 10 patients; improvement in 4 patients. The total effective rate was 82.5%. The survival rate of 1 to 3 years was respectively 71.25%, 41.25% and 27.50%. Conclusion： Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy is very effective and can increase patient＇s quality of ilfe in the treatment of primary liver cancer.
