摘要
研究了以盐酸文拉法辛-四苯硼钠为载体、o-NPOE为增塑剂的对盐酸文拉法辛选择性响应的电极,该电极在1.0×10^-1-8.0×10^-6mol/L范围内呈现能斯特响应,斜率为58.6mV/dec,检测下限为5.2×10^-6mol/L。可直接用于盐酸文拉法辛胶囊的含量测定,回收率为98%-101%,其结果与欧洲药典法一致。
A novel venlafaxine hydrochloride ion membrane electrode is prepared, characterized and used in pharmaceutical analysis. An electrode system with venlafaxine and sodium tetraphenylboron is selected as the electroactive material and o-NPOE as the plasticizer. The electrode exhibits a fast near-Nernstian re-sponse for 1.0×10^-1-8.0×10^-6mol/L venlafaxine with a slope of 58.6 mV/dec and a minimal detection limit of 5.2×10^-6mol/L. The electrode is stable and reproducible and can be directly used for potentio-metric determination of venlafaxine hydrochloride capsules. The recovery range is 98%-101%. The resuits agree with those determined by the method in the European Pharmacopoeia 5.5.
