负载型纳米光催化材料的制备及在污水处理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 利用熔融分相法制备了纳米TiO_2光催化村料,用XRD,SEM,TEM技术对其结构进行了表征,并进行了光催化降解污水的实验。结果表明:在600℃热处珲条件下,经过适当的化学处理,可以制得负载于多孔玻璃的锐钛矿型纳米尺寸的TiO_2晶体,以紫外光为光源的降解率明显高于荧光光源,在日光照射下对污水处理的降解率,达到60%以上,通过掺杂Fe^(3+)改性的TiO_2其降解率明显提高。 Nanometer TiO2 photocatalytic material was prepared by melt phase-separation, the samples of TiO2 were characterized with XRD, SEM, TEM and testing of photocatalytic capability were made using sewerage being a degradation material. The result has shown that nanometer size TiO2 crystal loaded on porous glass can be obtained through heat-treatment at 600℃ and then chemical treatment. The degradation rate of ultra-violet is evidently high then fluorescence,and it can reach more than 60% lighting under daylight, and degradation rate of modified TiO2 that doped Fe^3+ will be improved observably.
