摘要
马克思的商品理论是马克思劳动价值论的基础,也是马克思经济学的起点。土地虽然没有价值,但土地具有使用价值及价格,因此,马克思的商品理论同样适用于我国城市土地。商品理论的基本原理对于进一步完善我国城市土地使用权制度,深化城市土地使用权改革有着重要的指导意义。
The commodity theory of Marx is the base of Marxist labor axiology. At the same time, it is the beginning of Marxist economics. Although the land resouce doesn＇t have value itself, it has use value and price. Therefore, the commodity theory also applies to the urban land in our country. Moreover, the basic principle of this theory plays an important role in improving the urban land use system of China and deepening the reformation of the land use rights.
