摘要
目的了解红斑狼疮患者对健康教育内容的需求,并提出对策。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,调查红斑狼疮患者对健康教育内容的需求。结果红斑狼疮患者对健康教育内容的需求依次为:药物知识、心理卫生指导、疾病的基本知识、出院介绍、生活饮食的指导、护士的关心和入院介绍,均占83.3%以上。结论通过对健康教育需求的调查,采取一系列行之有效的措施,对增强患者战胜疾病的信心,提高红斑狼疮的防治效果具有积极的意义。
Objective To discuss health education demand of patients with lupus erythematosus and to propose suggestions. Method A total of 60 patients with lupus erythematosus were investigated with self-made questionnaire on their health education demands. Result Over 83.3% of patients demanded high on health education of medicine, psychological instruction, ABCs of diseases discharge instruction, diet, nursing care and admission instruction. Conclusion Learning patient＇s different health education demands and adopting effective measures are important in encouraging patients to overcome diseases and increasing the therapeutic effectiveness of lupus erythematosus.
