摘要
目的:提高黄连上清片的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别片中的大黄、栀子、黄芩;用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量。结果:在薄层色谱中可以检出大黄、栀子、黄芩;黄芩苷在4.8~484.8μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.6%(n=9)。结论:方法简便,准确,专属性强,可以更有效地控制黄连上清片的质量。
Objective: To develop the quality standard for Huanglian Shangqing Tablets. Method: the TLC methods was established for the Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fractus Gardeniae, and Radix Scutellariae. An HPLC method was determined the content of baicalin in Huanglian Shangqing Tablets. Result: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fractus Gardeniae, Radix Scutellariae could be identified by TLC. Baicalin was linear within the range of 4.8 -484.8 μg·ml^-1. The average recovery was 100.8%, with RSD of 1.6% ( n =9). Conclusion: The methods is simple, and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of Huanglian Shangqing Tablets.
