摘要
目的:观察重组牛胰蛋白酶抑制剂(rBPTI)对大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)的治疗作用。方法:取大鼠60只,随机分成6组:假手术组、模型组、rBPTI的3个剂量组、抑肽酶组。注射牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠ANP模型,股静脉注射给药48h后,测定大鼠血清和组织淀粉酶和脂肪酶含量,观察胰腺组织病理变化。结果:rBPTI治疗组可明显降低血清和组织淀粉酶、脂肪酶的浓度,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且使胰腺的病理变化减轻。结论:rBPTI对牛磺胆酸钠诱导大鼠ANP具有治疗作用,作用效果同天然BPTI相当。
Objective: To observe the effect of recombinant boVine pancreatic trypsin inhibitor(rBPTI) on acute necrosis pancreatitis(ANP)in rats. Method: Sixty rats was randomly divided into six groups: a sham-operated control group, a ANP model group, ANP + rBPTI group (including lower dosage, medium dosage, maximum dosage) and ANP + BPTI group. ANP was induced by injection of sodium taurocholate into the main pancreatic duct Of rats. After 48 h of administration through vena femoralis injection, the levels of amylase and lipase in serum and tissue were assayed and pathological changes were observed. Result: rBFTI group compared with model group, the levels of amylase and lipase in serum and tissue were markedly decreased, and they were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01, respectively). The pathological change was ameliorated significantly after treatment with rBPTI. Conclusion: The rBP- TI had therapeutic effect on ANP in rats as BPTI.
