摘要
锻压成形的数值模拟及有限元技术近几年在国外得到了普遍的应用,国内锻造领域也尝试应用该技术指导生产开发和优化设计。从影响锻件性能的因素着手,利用Qform锻造模拟软件,对锻模的设计提出了优化,从而改变了锻件的流线,改善了锻件的性能,大大缩减了模具设计的周期,减少了试验次数,降低了试验经费。
The numerical simulation and finite element technology about forging forming obtains universal application overseas in recent years. The Chinese forging domain is also attempting to apply this technology to guide production development and optimize design. Based on the factors of influencing forging performance, using the Qform forging simulation software, the optimization plan for the forging die design was proposed. Thus, the forging streamline is changed, the forging performance improves, the die design time reduces greatly, the experimental times and experimental cost reduces.
