摘要
一种单相交流输入三相交流输出的两电平可升压自然软开关AC/DC/AC变流器。与传统采用不可控整流的AC/DC/AC变流器相比,主电路中增加了一个电感和一个辅助可控开关。采用以锯齿载波调制为基础的电压空间矢量法之后,可以提高电网输入的功率因数,有效提升直流电压,辅助可控开关软开关动作以及大部分逆变器开关软开关动作。详细介绍了以锯齿载波调制为基础的电压空间矢量法的基本实现原理,并通过实验加以验证。
This paper realizes a novel two-level three- phase output AC/DC/AC power converter with adjustable DC link voltage. Compared with the conventional AC/DC/AC power converter with a diode rectifier, an additional auxiliary switch and an additional inductor are used. With the proper control, the power factor of the AC input source is improved and the DC voltage can be boosted effectively. The auxiliary switch works as a full soft-switch while most of the conventional power converter's switches transfer in the zero voltage switching (ZVS) or in the zero current switching (ZCS) state. The control principle of the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) with slope saw-tooth carrier is also introduced. Experimental results demonstrate these new features.
