摘要
分布式发电(DG)条件下的配电网潮流流向发生了很大变化,传统的配电网保护原理已不再适用于DG系统。结合多DG接入下的配电网部分母线节点可以通过电流量来判断故障方向的特点,提出了一种具有较强自适应性的故障相关区域划分方法,而这种分布式的、缩小上传保护电流数据范围的算法减少了保护数据在信道上排队避让的时间,保护装置只需得到故障相关区域内的故障电流数据即可正确动作,实现了保护的选择性及速动性,降低了对通信系统的依赖性。将IEC61850应用在DG系统的继电保护中,可以解决DG的保护与控制系统中的异构性和保护数据异步传输的问题。最后通过实验验证了该算法的快速性。
Penetration of distributed generation (DG) makes the power flow of distribution network change greatly, so the traditional relay protection of distribution network is no longer suitable. Based on the character that some bus nodes can judge the fault direction by current measurement in DG system, this paper presents an adaptive searching algorithm for dividing relevant fault area. To realize the selectivity, communication system should be used in the distributed relay protection system. The presented distributed and self-adaptive algorithm can reduce the waiting time of protection information in channel of communication system. The protection can operate correctly just based on the collected fault information about the relevant fault area. This paper uses IEC 61850 to solve the problems of heterogeneous and asynchronous transmission in the distributed relay protection system. The experiment results prove the validitv of the presented algorithm.
