摘要
针对传统血液成分分离技术的弊端,提出了全新的分离技术理念,开发了具有自主知识产权的全自动血液成分分离机。该分离机系统由预装专用软件HIT-WG-A的上位机、CAN通信网络和下位分离机构成,HIT-WG-A软件用于用户创建分离程序和制备过程的数据管理,下位分离机利用多区域光学传感器及独特的挤压装置将良好离心分离的血液成分按用户要求转移到各个保存袋中。临床试验和批量化试制表明:整机性能优良,极具推广应用价值。
Aiming at the disadvantages of conventional blood separation technique, a new separation philosophy was put forward, and an automatic blood component separation system was developed. The system is comprised of a PC and a slave separation-machine and CAN bus communication network. A special software HIT-WG-A is installed in the PC, which is responsible for the user to create separation program and carry out data management; While the slave separation machine transfuses the blood components into individual bags as required by the users, employing the multiregional optical sensor and unique extrusion apparatus after hard spin centrifugation. Pilot production and experiments testify that the system has superior performance and application value.
