摘要
本文主要研究基于小波变换的心电信号R波及ST段等特征点的提取。首先利用二次样条小波对心电信号按多孔算法进行分解,分析信号奇异点与其小波变换模极大值的对应关系;然后利用小波变换多分辨率特性,提出了在不同尺度下分别进行R峰值点以及ST段特征点提取的策略;最后采用MIT/BIH标准心电数据库和Holter采集的动态心电数据进行检验。实验结果说明所提出的提取方法具有特征点的正确提取率高、适用面广等优点。
A method for the extraction of electrocardiogram R-wave and ST segment fiducial points based on Wavelet Transform (WT) is presented in the paper. Firstly, Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is decomposed by Algorithm using dyadic spline wavelet, and the relationship between the characteristic points of ECG signal and the modulus maximum pairs of the signal WT is illustrated. Then, transform, a scheme is proposed taking advantages of the multiple resolution ability of wavelet to identify the R-wave and ST segment fiducial points of the ECG signals at different wavelet decomposition scales. In the end, the proposed method is verified using the data from the standard MIT/BIH ECG database and dynamic ECG data acquired from Holter. Experimental results show that the p the virtues of wide applicable range and high correct extraction rate for ECG signal characteristic points.
