摘要
以玉米种子为材料,研究了不同Cr3+浓度及胁迫时间对其幼苗株高、根长、干重以及叶绿素含量的影响。试验结果表明:随Cr3+浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,其对幼苗的毒害作用越明显,表现为Cr3+对玉米幼苗的生长包括株高、根长、鲜重和干重有明显的抑制作用;随着Cr3+浓度的增加和胁迫时间延长,Cr3+胁迫对玉米幼苗叶片叶绿素合成具有明显的抑制作用,在胁迫的第3天,当Cr3+胁迫浓度为50、100mg/L和200mg/L时,玉米幼苗的叶绿素含量分别下降了19.4%,35.8%,54.9%。
The effects of different concentration of chrominm and the time of Cr^3+ menace on the the plant height, root length, the dry weight and the chlorophyll content of corn seedlings were studied. The results showed: the Cr-induced injuries to corn seedlings were increased and the growth of corn seedlings including the plant height, roots length, fresh weight and dry weight was inhibited obviously with the increment of Cr^3+ concentration and menace time; with the increment of Cr^3+ concentration and menace time, the synthesis of the chlorophyll was inhibited obviously, and the chlorophyll content decreased by 19.4% ,35.8% and 54.9% respectively at the third day after Cr^3+ stress when the Cr^3+ concentration was 50,100 and 200 mg/L.
