摘要
已有的金融创新理论难以描述金融创新的复杂动态过程,不能对金融创新做出合理的解释和分析。自组织演化理论为研究金融创新提供了很好的工具。运用自组织演化理论表明开放和非平衡是金融创新的前提,经济系统涨落是金融创新的诱因,竞争和协同是金融创新自组织演化的动力。
The existed theory about financial innovation can＇t reveal the complexity in dynamic process of financial innovation and can＇t interprete the causes of their emergence. Self-organizing evolutionary theory has provided a good paradim to study financial innovation. It is found that openness and non-equilibrium are the basis of financial innovation and fluctuations in economic system are the incentives for financial innovation, competition and cooperation are the driving force for the evolution of financial innovation by uing self-organizing evolutionary theory.
