摘要
利用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和络合剂1-(2-吡啶偶氮)2-萘酚(PAN),加入HCl使SDS质子化,对钴进行浊点萃取,分光光度法测定水体中痕量钴。详细探讨了影响浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的因素。优化条件为:NaCl、HCl、PAN、SDS浓度分别为1.90mol/L、1.20mol/L、0.3μmol/L、1.25%,60℃水浴50min、离心5min(3000r/min)。在最佳条件下,钴的富集倍数为50倍,方法检出限为2.870μg/L,线性范围为16.7—83.3μg/L,RSD为0.96%—3.30%。该方法用于实际水样钴的富集和测定,结果令人满意。
Trace level cobalt in water was extracted and preconcentrated by Cloud point extraction (CPE) and determined by spectrophotometry. The sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was acided by HCl and NaCl as hydrophobic ligand and 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) as complexing reagent. The chemical variables affecting CPE were evaluated and optimized. The optimum conditions are as 1.90mol/L NaCl,1.20 mol/L HCl,3 × 10^-2mmol/L PAN, 1.25% SDS, 60℃ in a thermostated bath for 50min,centrifugated at 2400r/min for 5 min. Under the optimized condition, the concentrations of cobalt showed a linear range of 16.7- 83.3μg/L. The limit of detection of 2. 870 μg/L for cobalt with the enhancenment factor of 50 and relative standard deviation of 0. 96% -3.30% (n= 5). The method was applied to the determination of cobalt in water samples with satisfactory result.
