肝胰十二指肠器官簇移植临床应用进展
摘要
肝胰十二指肠器官簇移植是指保持原来肝胰十二指肠相互间解剖关系的整个多器官移植块的移植。该技术是器官移植领域最为复杂的尖端技术，也是现代医学，尤其是外科学发展的标志性成果。自上世纪60年代应用于临床以来，随着临床上外科手术技术的改进、新型免疫抑制剂的应用、围手术期排斥反应防治和并发症处理水平的提高，该技术在诸多方面都有了长足的发展，并逐渐走向成熟。
