摘要
目的探讨经腔内电切手术治疗输尿管囊肿的适应证。方法对24例输尿管囊肿行经尿道电切手术治疗。结果囊肿直径小于3.5cm的20例均手术成功。1例二次电切开术治愈。3例失败,2例囊肿直径分别为4.2cm、4.5cm者,改开放手术。结论腔内电切手术可作为囊肿直径≤3.5cm的单纯输尿管囊肿的首选治疗;直径>3.5cm单纯型输尿管囊肿及合并其他尿路畸形者最好选择开放手术治疗。
Objective To study the surgical technicality and selectivity of ureterocele treated by endoscopic manipulation.Methods Twenty-four cases of ureterocele treated by trans-urethral resection.and the experience on its endoscopic procedure was summed up.Results Satisfactory results were obtained in 20 cases.3 cases were failed and 1 case recurrent,need reoperation.Conclusions Transurethral endoscopic resection should be the primary management for intravesical ureteroceles with a diameter≤3.5 cm.If intravesical ureteroceles with a diameter 〉 3.5 cm or ureteroceles with endoscopic resection failed,open operation shoud be effectively applied.
