摘要
在高等院校中实行学分制是推动教学管理体制改革的一个重要的突破口。文章从学分制的特征、实施学分制的必要性、实施学分制应采取的措施等方面进行了阐述,并希望以此为契机,推进教学管理体制改革的进一步深化。
Practicing credit system in the institutions of higher learning is an important breakthrough which pushes the system reform of the teaching management. The article elaborates on the characteristic of credit system, the necessity of implementing credit system, some measures are needed to implement credit system, and hope to take this opportunity to, push forward the system reform of the teaching management further and deeply.
