摘要
薄壁轴瓦壁厚分选系统采用上、下位机两级控制系统.下位机以PLC为中心进行动作协调,并通过专用数据采集卡与上位机通讯和发送数据;上位机主要由轴瓦参数和分选标准设置模块、轴瓦壁厚在线测量模块和测量数据的SPC数据处理模块组成.最后,从统计过程控制的角度出发,以实例重点阐述了如何综合运用SPC数据处理模块中的实时监控、X-R控制图和过程能力计算,来对轴瓦加工过程中工序能力的好坏进行判断与控制.
The automatic measuring and classifying machine for the thickness of thin walled half bearings adopts a two level control system comprised of PC and PLC. PLC supervises the measuring process and sends datum to PC through I/O card. The software on PC consists of the wall parameter and classification rule setting module, the measuring on-line module, and the Statistical Process Control(SPC) module. The function of the SPC module is illustrated from the point of Statistical Process Control with how to diagnose the previous manufacturing process of thin-walled half bearings.
