摘要
在传统的实时无损检测系统中,信号传输采用模拟信号或数字信号通过模拟电台实时传输,信号在传输过程中容易受到现场工作环境干扰和带宽限制,从而导致信号的失真,严重影响后续处理精度。因此基于数字信号传输特点及数字无线网络新进展的深入研究,讨论现代数字信号传输系统的组成、无线网络系统技术在实时无损检测系统中的应用、相关软硬件设计与实现方法。实验表明该检测系统性能稳定、灵敏度高。
Traditional Real- Time Non-Constructive Detection System (RTNCDS) transmits analog / digital real- time signals via analog radio stations,which is vulnerable to the working circumstances and is confined by bandwidth, resulting in signal distortion that seriously affects the accuracy of consequential signal processing. Now based on the characteristics of digital signals & latest development of Digital Wireless Network Technology (DWNT),the components of modern digital signal transmission system,application of DWNT in RTNCDS, design of supporting software & hardware, and application methods are discussed,the tests show this system has a stable performance and a high sensitivity.
