摘要
介绍了纵横钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称纵钢)炼钢厂采用转炉冶炼-吹氩、喂铝线(丝)-板坯连铸生产08Al钢的工艺实践。通过提高转炉终点命中率以防止钢水过氧化,合理控制吹氩时间及吹氩强度、强化连铸保护浇注等措施,解决了08Al钢的钢水可浇注性问题。08Al钢月产量达到1.55万吨,综合合格率99.12%,产品力学和工艺性能良好。
It Introduced the process practice in producing 08Al steel at the steelmaking plant of Zonggang by adopting convert smelting, blowing Argon, Feeding Al line and slab continuous casting. In order to ensure the pourability of the molten steel, some measures were adopted such as increasing hit-rate at the end point of convert for preventing the steel liquid overoxidation, Controlling the time and strength of blowing argon rationally, strengthening protection casting. The 08Al steel had produced 15 . 5 thousand tons in a month. Casting percent of pass reached 99.12%, and the mechanical and processing proerties were fine.
