员工的资格与教育(SQE)是JCI(Joint Commission International)标准对医院人力资源管理的核心,含概了员工的招聘、定位、评估、考核、培训、教育等要素。对每个环节制定标准的程序,并实行制度化管理,以确保员工具备相应的资格及能力,并与患者的需要保持一致。
Staff qualification and education is JCI standard＇ s core for hospital human resource management, including recruit, orientation, evaluation, examination, training and education etc. Design procedure and standardize management for each tache, to insure each staff member＇ s qualification and ability to keep up with the patient＇ s requirement.
